Traven Niehues serves as an optometric technician at Blue Valley Vision of Overland Park, where he enjoys meeting and helping new patients each day. He values the positive atmosphere within the practice and appreciates being part of a team that creates a great experience for patients and staff.
He has been involved in the community through fundraising efforts for the Blue Valley Northwest Huskies football team and the Kansas Shrine Bowl. His background in sports helped him develop strong teamwork and communication skills, which he brings into his role every day.
Currently studying at the University of Kansas, Traven stays active by playing extracurricular football, soccer, and basketball. In his free time, he also enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, and spending time with family and friends. At home, his dog Putt Putt keeps things fun and lively.
