Kim Hendershot serves as a Front Desk Coordinator at Blue Valley Vision of Overland Park, where she helps create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient who walks through the door.
She enjoys being part of the eye care field because of the important role vision plays in daily life and takes pride in helping patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
She values the strong connections she builds with patients and enjoys working alongside a supportive team focused on providing the best possible care. For Kim, that sense of teamwork and shared purpose makes the practice a great place to be.
Outside of the office, Kim stays involved in the community through Church of the Resurrection, where she helps with initiatives such as packing sack lunches for the homeless and supporting Backpacks for Hunger and The Giving Garden. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, children, extended family, and friends.
In her free time, Kim enjoys attending Kansas City sporting events, including the Chiefs, Royals, Sporting KC, and KC Current, as well as local college games. She and her family also love exploring local restaurants and attending concerts and comedy shows.
