Jocelyn Lucero serves as an optician at Blue Valley Vision of Overland Park, where she helps patients achieve clear, comfortable vision and enhance their everyday lives. She is passionate about eye care because of the direct impact vision has on quality of life, and finds it meaningful to help patients see the moments that matter most.
She appreciates the supportive, friendly environment at the practice and values being part of a team dedicated to patient care. For Jocelyn, that structure makes it easier to focus on what matters most, helping patients and ensuring their needs are met.
Originally from Las Vegas, Jocelyn has been in Kansas for five years. She shares her home with her dog Coco, a 5 lb Chihuahua she’s had for 12 years, and enjoys spending time relaxing with her. She is also very close with her sister Jacky, her fraternal twin and best friend.
Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys playing board games like Catan and Century, video games such as Dead by Daylight and Phasmophobia, and watching movies, especially horror and animated films. She also values spending time with the people she cares about most.
