Dr. Samantha Snodgrass, O.D.

Dr. Samantha Snodgrass is a proud Kansas City native. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and graduated cum laude with her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry.

Dr. Snodgrass is passionate about forming strong connections with her patients and is committed to providing personalized, high-quality care to help every patient see their best. She works closely with patients to diagnose and manage a variety of ocular conditions, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, and diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy.

She has a special interest in myopia management, focusing on early detection and personalized treatment plans designed to slow the progression of nearsightedness. She enjoys working with children and families to support long-term eye health and create meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients.

During her training, Dr. Snodgrass participated in vision screenings for adults with disabilities and individuals in underserved communities, helping provide access to essential eye care services.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Leo and Tucker. She also enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
