Debbie McLaughlin serves as the Administrative Director at Blue Valley Vision of Overland Park, where she helps create a supportive and organized experience for patients and staff.
She is passionate about eye care because helping people achieve their best possible vision is incredibly rewarding, and she values the trust patients place in the practice for their overall health.
She enjoys working in a collaborative environment where the doctors genuinely care about both patients and the team. Building long-lasting relationships is one of her favorite parts of the role, especially when patients return and bring their family and friends.
Debbie stays connected to the local community by supporting Blue Valley Northwest High School football and track programs. Before joining the practice, she retired from a career in IT, where she worked in project management and software development.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and painting with acrylics and watercolors.
