Cydrae Joy Suaner serves as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant at Blue Valley Vision of Overland Park, where she supports patients through scheduling, communication, and insurance coordination. As one of the first points of contact, she plays an important role in helping create a smooth, organized, and supportive experience before each visit.
She is passionate about eye care because it allows her to contribute to improving patients’ quality of life, even from behind the scenes. By ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination, she helps make care more accessible and less stressful for every patient.
Cyd enjoys being part of a team that genuinely cares about patient well-being and works together to create a positive experience for everyone.
Outside of work, Cyd has been involved in community outreach, including organizing efforts to support local individuals by providing meals and essential supplies. She values the impact of small acts of kindness and looks forward to continuing this work in the future.
She also enjoys spending time outdoors, playing pickleball, hiking, and exploring new cafés. At home, she spends time with her dog, Pia, a cheerful Shih Tzu who loves visitors and keeps things lively.
